Welcome to Tranquille
A boutique collection of lakeside cabins on Lake Chatuge, nestled in the heart of the North Georgia Mountains.
Nestled in the heart of the stunning North Georgia Mountains, Hiawassee, Georgia, and the serene Lake Chatuge together form a picture-perfect escape into nature's embrace. This idyllic region, characterized by its lush landscapes and the crystal-clear waters of Lake Chatuge, beckons travelers seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
At the forefront of this haven are the Tranquille Resort Cabins, a sanctuary that effortlessly blends comfort with the natural beauty of its surroundings. Our property sits on almost 3 acres of private waterfront with over 600 feet of Lake Chatuge shoreline, in a quiet and safe cove in the charming city of Hiawassee.
Lake Chatuge, a sprawling reservoir spanning the border between Georgia and North Carolina, encompasses approximately 7,000 acres offering a plethora of recreational opportunities. From fishing and boating to kayaking and paddleboarding, the lake invites outdoor enthusiasts to immerse themselves in its refreshing waters.
Beautifully renovated in 2021 with all new amenities and appliances, our 7 cabins offer the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Every cabin features lake and mountain views, full kitchens, wood-burning fireplaces, and covered porches with rocking chairs — because the best views are meant to be savored slowly.
